 On May 31, 2009, Enjoyalocal.com and 100+ St. Louis area independent restaurants will be launching our 1st Annual Recipe & Coupon book. We are asking area independent restaurants to share with us a non-proprietary recipe that is either a family favorite or any other recipe of your choosing. Your participation in this event allows your restaurant great TV, radio, internet, and newspaper public relations coverage.
All proceeds will be donated to the St. Louis Area Foodbank.

The HDA Team will be holding FREE ServSafe training on the third Monday of every month in 2009!
This means you have plenty of opportunity to get you and your staff trained, for FREE! Register early as space is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis. Check our downloadable calendar for dates.
